This Refund Policy applies to all subscription plans and services offered by Copilote IA Business.
1. Free Trial
Your 14-day free trial is completely free of charge. No payment is required during the trial. If you choose not to continue, your account will simply expire — no charges will be made.
2. Subscription Fees
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
No refunds are provided for partial months or unused time within a billing period.
When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
3. Onboarding Fee
The one-time onboarding fee of CHF 299 is non-refundable once account setup has been initiated.
If you cancel before the onboarding process begins (before first login to the dashboard), the fee will be refunded in full.
Founding Restaurant Program: the first five (5) restaurants enrolled via the promo code FOUNDING have the CHF 299 onboarding fee waived entirely.
4. Founding Restaurant Performance Guarantee
If you joined under the Founding Restaurant Program and your account is fully onboarded (customer data imported, at least one campaign launched), we commit to the following:
CHF 1,000 recovered-revenue guarantee: if Copilote IA Business does not identify and execute on at least CHF 1,000 of recoverable monthly revenue opportunity in your first 30 days of paid subscription, we will refund your first month's subscription in full upon written request.
Eligibility requires (a) full onboarding completed within 7 days of signup, (b) at least one customer reactivation OR review campaign launched, and (c) request submitted by email within 45 days of paid subscription start.
Recovered revenue opportunity is measured by Copilote IA Business via the in-app Revenue Audit and Recovery Report.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
We may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:
Extended platform outage (more than 48 consecutive hours) directly caused by us
Billing errors or duplicate charges
Account compromised due to a security breach on our side
6. How to Request a Refund
Contact hello@copilotebusiness.ai with your account details and reason for the refund request. We will review and respond within 10 business days.
7. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback through your bank without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account and pursue the disputed amount through appropriate channels.
