Cookie Policy
Last updated: June 12, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Copilote AI Business uses cookies and similar technologies on our website and Platform.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device. They remember preferences, enable functionality and, with your consent, measure usage. We also use similar technologies such as localStorage.
2. Categories We Use
a) Essential (always active)
Required for the Platform to work: authentication tokens, session management, security, cookie-consent choice, billing/checkout state. These cannot be disabled.
b) Preferences (always active, first-party)
Remember your language, region/currency display and interface settings.
c) First-party measurement (no third-party cookies)
We measure visits, page views and feature usage with our own internal analytics, stored on our own infrastructure. This measurement does not use third-party advertising cookies and is not shared with ad networks.
d) Optional analytics (consent required)
PostHog (product analytics) runs only if you accept analytics cookies in the consent banner. Google Analytics 4 is currently disabled by default; if we activate it, it will be subject to the same consent.
e) Payment
Stripe sets cookies on checkout/payment pages for payment functionality and fraud prevention.
3. Managing Your Choices
On your first visit, a consent banner lets you accept or refuse non-essential cookies. You can change your choice at any time via the "Manage cookie preferences" button below or in your browser settings.
Browser controls: Chrome — Settings > Privacy and Security > Cookies · Firefox — Settings > Privacy & Security · Safari — Preferences > Privacy.
4. Retention
Essential cookies expire with your session or shortly after. Consent choices are stored for up to 12 months. Optional analytics identifiers are retained for up to 12 months.
5. Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy as our practices evolve. Updates are posted on this page.
