Acceptable Use Policy

1. Permitted Use

You may use the Platform to:

• Manage and optimise revenue for your restaurant or food business
• Send marketing communications to customers who have given proper consent
• Generate AI-powered campaign content for your business
• Analyse business performance and competitive positioning

2. Prohibited Use

You must not use the Platform to:

• Send unsolicited spam, bulk messages or communications without recipient consent
• Upload or distribute malware or harmful code
• Harass, threaten, defame or discriminate against anyone
• Impersonate another person, business or entity
• Violate any applicable law, regulation or third-party right
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or extract source code from the Platform
• Use the Platform for a business other than a legitimate restaurant or food business
• Scrape, crawl or automate access beyond normal use
• Share your credentials with unauthorised third parties
• Upload customer data obtained without proper consent

3. Messaging and Communication Standards

• All marketing messages must comply with the GDPR, the Swiss FADP and CAN-SPAM where relevant
• Marketing emails must include an unsubscribe option
• Customer opt-out requests must be honoured immediately
• SMS messages must comply with local telecommunications regulations

4. Resource Usage

Usage must remain within your plan limits (emails, SMS, restaurants). Excessive usage impacting other users may be throttled or restricted.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take action including warnings, temporary suspension or permanent termination. Illegal activities may be reported to law enforcement.

6. Reporting Violations
