1. Permitted Use
You may use the Platform to:
Manage and optimize revenue for your restaurant or food business
Send marketing communications to customers who have given proper consent
Generate AI-powered campaign content for your business
Analyze business performance and competitive positioning
2. Prohibited Use
You must not use the Platform to:
Send unsolicited spam, bulk messages, or communications without recipient consent
Upload or distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
Harass, threaten, defame, or discriminate against any individual
Impersonate another person, business, or entity
Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Platform
Use the Platform for any business other than a legitimate restaurant or food business
Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the Platform beyond normal use
Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties
Upload customer data that was obtained without proper consent
3. Messaging and Communication Standards
All marketing messages must comply with GDPR, Swiss DPA, and CAN-SPAM regulations
You must include an unsubscribe option in all marketing emails
You must respect customer opt-out requests immediately
SMS messages must comply with local telecommunications regulations
4. Resource Usage
Usage must remain within your plan's limits (emails, SMS, restaurants). Excessive usage that impacts platform performance for other users may be throttled or restricted.
5. Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and take action including warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent termination. We may report illegal activities to law enforcement.
6. Reporting Violations
